Article Snippet: Flag-tagged proteins were purified from the soluble chromatin fraction using magnetic beads (Sigma, M8823) and eluted with 3×Flag peptides (APExBIO, A6001) in elution buffer (20 mM Hepes-KOH, pH7.5, 100 mM KOAc, 5 mM Mg(OAc) 2 , 1 mM EDTA, 10% Glycerol).
